Ingredients

  • 1 pound of mussels
  • 4 medium potatoes, quartered
  • 4 ears of corn, cut into thirds

  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Fill a large pot with water and bring to a boil.
  2. Add potatoes and cook for 10 minutes.
  3. Add corn and cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. Add crab legs, shrimp, mussels, cajun seasoning, and garlic.
  5. Cook for 5-7 minutes until shrimp are pink and mussels open.
  6. Drain the pot and serve seafood on a large platter.
  7. Garnish with lemon wedges and enjoy.
