Ingredients

- 2 pounds of shrimp, deveined
- 1 pound of crab legs
- 1 pound of mussels
- 4 medium potatoes, quartered
- 4 ears of corn, cut into thirds
- 1/4 cup of cajun seasoning
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Fill a large pot with water and bring to a boil.
- Add potatoes and cook for 10 minutes.
- Add corn and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Add crab legs, shrimp, mussels, cajun seasoning, and garlic.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes until shrimp are pink and mussels open.
- Drain the pot and serve seafood on a large platter.
- Garnish with lemon wedges and enjoy.

- Adjust the amount of cajun seasoning to your taste.
