- 1 cup butterscotch chips
- 2 cups chow mein noodles
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows (optional)
Instructions
- Melt the butterscotch chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.
- Add chow mein noodles to the melted butterscotch and mix well.
- If using, add chopped nuts and mini marshmallows and stir until combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Let the haystacks cool completely at room temperature or in the fridge until set.
- Serve and enjoy your sweet treat!
