Butter Steak Bites with Garlic Herb Potatoes Made Easy!

Description

Tender steak bites cooked in butter with flavorful garlic herb potatoes.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add the halved potatoes. Cook for about 10 minutes until tender.
  3. Drain the potatoes and set them aside.
  4. In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat.
  5. Add the steak bites to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  6. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
  7. In the same skillet, add the remaining butter, garlic, thyme, and rosemary. Stir for 1 minute until fragrant.
  8. Add the cooked potatoes to the skillet. Toss them in the garlic herb butter until well coated.
  9. Add the steak back to the skillet and gently mix everything together.
  10. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 5-7 minutes for a medium finish.
  11. Remove from the oven and serve hot.
