Tender steak bites cooked in butter with flavorful garlic herb potatoes.

- 1 lb steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add the halved potatoes. Cook for about 10 minutes until tender.
- Drain the potatoes and set them aside.
- In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat.
- Add the steak bites to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining butter, garlic, thyme, and rosemary. Stir for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the cooked potatoes to the skillet. Toss them in the garlic herb butter until well coated.
- Add the steak back to the skillet and gently mix everything together.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 5-7 minutes for a medium finish.
- Remove from the oven and serve hot.
Notes
- Ensure the steak is cut evenly for consistent cooking.
- Don’t overcrowd the skillet when cooking the steak.
- Adjust cooking time for your preferred steak doneness.
