Ingredients

- 1 pound steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cut the steak into bite-sized pieces.
- Season the steak pieces with salt and pepper.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add 2 tablespoons of butter to the skillet.
- Once the butter melts, add the steak pieces to the skillet.
- Sear the steak bites for about 3-4 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Add minced garlic and the remaining butter to the skillet.
- Cook for an additional 2 minutes, stirring well.
- Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Make sure not to overcrowd the skillet for even cooking.
- Let the steak rest for a few minutes before serving for better juiciness.
