- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the softened butter and eggs until smooth.
- Add the butter pecan cake mix and stir until combined.
- Fold in the chopped pecans and vanilla extract.
- Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden.
- Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
