A creamy and cheesy casserole made with broccoli and rice.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the cooked rice, broccoli, cream of mushroom soup, and milk.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
- Fold in half of the shredded cheddar cheese.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use leftover rice for quicker preparation.
- Make sure to chop broccoli into small pieces for even cooking.
- You can add cooked chicken for extra protein.
- If you prefer, use a different type of cheese.
