A simple and delicious breakfast sandwich that anyone can make.
Ingredients

- 2 slices of bread
- 1 egg
- 1 slice of cheese
- 2 slices of cooked bacon or sausage
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Butter for cooking
Instructions
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- Place one slice of bread, butter side down, in the skillet.
- Crack the egg into the skillet and cook until the white is set.
- Season the egg with salt and pepper.
- Add the cheese on top of the egg.
- Place the bacon or sausage on top of the cheese.
- Top with the second slice of bread, butter side up.
- Flip the sandwich carefully and cook until golden brown.
- Remove from heat and let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use any type of bread you like.
- Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or tomatoes.
- Adjust cooking time for preferred egg doneness.
