Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
- Add cheese, bell peppers, onions, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Pour the egg mixture into the skillet.
- Cook until eggs are set, stirring occasionally.
- Place the mixture in the center of the tortilla.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and roll it up.
- Serve warm or wrap in foil for later.
