- 2 cups of oats
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- 1/2 cup of honey
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1/2 cup of chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup of chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the oats, milk, mashed banana, honey, and cinnamon together.
- Add the chocolate chips and nuts if you’re using them.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the top is golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before cutting into squares.
- Serve warm, and enjoy your breakfast!
Notes
- You can replace honey with maple syrup for a different flavor.
- Add fruits like berries or apples for extra nutrition.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
