- 8 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 cup diced bell peppers
- 1 cup diced onions
- 2 cups cooked and crumbled sausage or bacon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
- Add the cheese, bell peppers, onions, sausage or bacon, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before cutting into squares.
- Serve warm and enjoy your breakfast!
