Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
- Add salt and pepper to the egg mixture.
- In a greased baking dish, layer the cubed bread.
- Spread the crumbled sausage, bell peppers, and onions over the bread.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the bread and toppings.
- Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the top is golden and set.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
