  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Peel and cube the butternut squash.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the olive oil, bourbon, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the cubed squash to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.
