- 1 package of small tortillas
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix diced chicken, bell peppers, cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Lay a tortilla flat and place a spoonful of the mixture in the center.
- Fold the tortilla over the filling and secure with a toothpick.
- Place the filled tortillas on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
