Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the chicken in a baking dish.
  4. Add broccoli around the chicken.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
  6. While the chicken is baking, heat the cooked rice in a pan.
  7. Once the chicken is done, sprinkle cheese on top and return to the oven for 5 minutes.
  8. Serve the chicken and broccoli over rice.
