Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together peanut butter, sugar, and corn syrup until smooth.
  2. Gently fold in chow mein noodles until fully coated.
  3. Use a spoon to scoop out portions of the mixture and form them into small nests on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Make a small indent in the center of each nest.
  5. Melt chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  6. Drizzle melted chocolate over the nests.
  7. Place mini eggs in the center of each nest.
  8. Chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes to set.
