Ingredients

  • 1 large tortilla
  • 1/2 pound ground beef
  • 1 slice American cheese
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1/4 cup shredded lettuce
  • 2 slices pickles
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat.
  3. Lay the tortilla flat. In the center, layer the beef, cheese, mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, lettuce, and pickles.
  4. Fold the edges of the tortilla over the filling to create a wrap.
  5. Heat a pan over medium heat. Place the wrap seam-side down in the pan.
  6. Cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
  7. Remove from heat and cut in half. Serve warm.
