Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.

  4. Add mixed vegetables and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Stir in the cooked rice, mixing everything together.
  6. Pour soy sauce over the rice, add salt and pepper, and mix well.
  7. Cook for another 3-5 minutes until heated through. Serve hot.
