- 2 cups of pumpkin puree
- 1 cup of rolled oats
- 1/2 cup of honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup of peanut butter
- 1 tsp of cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp of nutmeg
- 1/4 cup of chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, honey or maple syrup, and peanut butter until smooth.
- Add the rolled oats, cinnamon, and nutmeg to the mixture. Stir until everything is well combined.
- If you like, fold in the chocolate chips.
- Spread the mixture evenly in a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before cutting into squares.
- Serve and enjoy your fall snacks!
Notes
- Use canned pumpkin puree for convenience.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey/maple syrup.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
