Description

A refreshing berry drink perfect for hot days.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup mixed berries
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Wash the mixed berries thoroughly.
  2. In a blender, combine the berries, water, honey or maple syrup, and lemon juice.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Strain the mixture through a fine sieve into a pitcher to remove seeds.
  5. Serve the berry juice over ice cubes.
  6. Garnish with whole berries if desired.

Notes

  • Use any combination of berries you like.
  • Adjust sweetness to your taste by adding more or less honey/maple syrup.
