Ingredients

- 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice for serving
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the beef and soy sauce. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
- Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the marinated beef and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove from the pan.
- Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic to the pan. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Add broccoli and ginger. Cook for another 3-4 minutes.
- Return the beef to the pan. Stir to combine and heat through.
- Season with salt and pepper. Serve over cooked rice.
Notes
- Slice the beef against the grain for tenderness.
- Feel free to add other vegetables like carrots or snap peas.
- If you like it spicy, add red pepper flakes.
