- 200g beef, thinly sliced
- 2 packs of ramen noodles
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 cup bok choy, chopped
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in beef broth and soy sauce. Bring to a boil.
- Add ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions.
- In the last 2 minutes, add bok choy and green onions.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot and enjoy your meal!

- Thinly slice the beef for quicker cooking.
- Don’t overcook the bok choy; it should remain crisp.
- Taste broth before serving; adjust seasoning if needed.
