Ingredients

  • 200g beef, thinly sliced
  • 2 packs of ramen noodles
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 cup bok choy, chopped
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Pour in beef broth and soy sauce. Bring to a boil.
  5. Add ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions.
  6. In the last 2 minutes, add bok choy and green onions.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy your meal!
