- 200g beef, sliced thinly
- 200g egg noodles
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sliced onion. Sauté until fragrant.
- Add sliced beef to the pan. Cook until browned.
- Stir in bell pepper, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Add cooked noodles to the pan. Toss everything together.
- Season with salt and pepper as needed.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
- Use tender cuts of beef for best results.
- Do not overcook the beef; it should be tender.
- You can add vegetables like carrots or broccoli if desired.
