Instructions

  1. Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sliced onion. Sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add sliced beef to the pan. Cook until browned.
  5. Stir in bell pepper, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
  6. Add cooked noodles to the pan. Toss everything together.
  7. Season with salt and pepper as needed.
