Ingredients

  • 2 packs of ramen noodles
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  4. Add the beef mince to the pan and cook until browned.
  5. Add the broccoli and bell pepper. Stir-fry for 3-5 minutes.
  6. Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil. Mix well.
  7. Add the cooked ramen noodles to the pan and toss everything together.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
