A simple and delicious beef mince ramen stir fry that is quick to prepare.
Ingredients

- 200g beef mince
- 2 packs of ramen noodles
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add the beef mince to the pan and cook until browned.
- Add the broccoli and bell pepper. Stir-fry for 3-5 minutes.
- Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil. Mix well.
- Add the cooked ramen noodles to the pan and toss everything together.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
Notes
- Make sure not to overcook the vegetables; they should remain crisp.
- You can use any vegetables you have on hand.
- Adjust the soy sauce based on your taste preference.
