  • 250g macaroni
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 400g canned tomatoes
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup cheese, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  4. Add chopped onion and garlic, and sauté until soft.
  5. Add the beef mince, cooking until browned.
  6. Stir in canned tomatoes, beef broth, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  7. Mix the cooked macaroni into the beef mixture.
  8. Transfer everything to a baking dish and sprinkle cheese on top.
  9. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  10. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
