  • 8 flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the chopped onion until soft.
  3. Add the beef mince and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  5. Spread a layer of enchilada sauce on a tortilla.
  6. Add a scoop of the beef mixture and some cheese.
