Ingredients
- Flatbread – 2 pieces
- Beef mince – 250g
- Fresh spinach – 100g
- Tomato sauce – 100ml
- Cheese – 100g, shredded
- Olive oil – 1 tablespoon
- Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- Salt – to taste
- Pepper – to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F).
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add beef mince and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread tomato sauce evenly on flatbreads.
- Top with beef and spinach mixture.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted.
Notes
- Use whole wheat flatbread for a healthier option.
- Feel free to add other toppings like bell peppers or mushrooms.
- Check the pizza after 10 minutes to avoid burning.
