  • Beef mince – 250g
  • Fresh spinach – 100g
  • Tomato sauce – 100ml
  • Cheese – 100g, shredded
  • Olive oil – 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
  • Salt – to taste
  • Pepper – to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F).
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Add beef mince and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Stir in fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Spread tomato sauce evenly on flatbreads.
  8. Top with beef and spinach mixture.
  9. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
