A simple and tasty beef glass noodles stir fry that anyone can make.
Ingredients

- 200g beef, thinly sliced
- 100g glass noodles
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Soak the glass noodles in hot water for about 10 minutes until soft. Drain and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add beef and cook until browned, about 3-5 minutes.
- Add bell pepper and carrot. Stir-fry for another 3 minutes.
- Add glass noodles, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Toss everything together for 2 minutes.
- Mix in green onions and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot and enjoy your meal!
Notes
- Make sure the beef is thinly sliced for quick cooking.
- Don’t overcook the vegetables; they should stay crisp.
- You can add other vegetables like broccoli or snap peas.
