Ingredients

  • 200g beef, thinly sliced
  • 100g glass noodles
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Soak the glass noodles in hot water for about 10 minutes until soft. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add beef and cook until browned, about 3-5 minutes.
  5. Add bell pepper and carrot. Stir-fry for another 3 minutes.
  6. Add glass noodles, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Toss everything together for 2 minutes.
  7. Mix in green onions and season with salt and pepper.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy your meal!
