A simple and tasty beef fried rice recipe perfect for beginners.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup beef, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Push beef to the side and pour in beaten eggs. Scramble them until cooked.
- Add mixed vegetables and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Stir in the cooked rice and soy sauce. Mix well.
- Add green onions. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Serve hot and enjoy!

- Use leftover rice for better texture.
- Make sure the pan is hot before adding ingredients.
