Description
A simple and delicious beef broccoli noodle stir fry.
Ingredients

- 8 oz beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 8 oz rice noodles
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the remaining oil, garlic, and ginger. Sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add the broccoli and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Add the cooked beef back to the pan along with the soy sauce and oyster sauce. Stir to combine.
- Add the cooked noodles and toss everything together. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot and enjoy your meal!
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the beef in soy sauce for 15 minutes before cooking.
- You can substitute chicken or tofu for beef if you prefer.
- Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or carrots.
