A simple and delicious beef broccoli noodle stir fry.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 8 oz rice noodles
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the sliced beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, add the remaining oil, garlic, and ginger. Sauté for 30 seconds.
  5. Add the broccoli and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until tender-crisp.
  6. Add the cooked beef back to the pan along with the soy sauce and oyster sauce. Stir to combine.
  7. Add the cooked noodles and toss everything together. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy your meal!

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the beef in soy sauce for 15 minutes before cooking.
  • You can substitute chicken or tofu for beef if you prefer.
