Ingredients

  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook rice according to package instructions.
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Add sliced beef to the pan and cook until browned.
  5. Add sliced bell pepper and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
  6. Stir in soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
  7. Serve the beef and pepper mixture over cooked rice.
