A simple and delicious beef and pepper rice bowl that’s easy to make.
Ingredients

- 1 cup of rice
- 200g beef, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook rice according to package instructions.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add sliced beef to the pan and cook until browned.
- Add sliced bell pepper and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Serve the beef and pepper mixture over cooked rice.

- Use leftover rice for a quicker meal.
- Substitute chicken or tofu if preferred.
