A delicious and easy recipe for beef and broccoli stir-fry.
Ingredients

- 1 pound of beef, thinly sliced
- 2 cups of broccoli florets
- 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of ginger, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Marinate the beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, salt, and pepper for 15 minutes.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the marinated beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from the pan.
- Add another tablespoon of oil, then add garlic and ginger. Stir for 30 seconds.
- Add broccoli and a splash of water. Cook for 2-3 minutes until bright green.
- Return the beef to the pan and mix everything well. Cook for another 2 minutes.
- Serve hot with rice or noodles.
Notes
- Slice the beef against the grain for tenderness.
- Don’t overcook the broccoli; it should be crisp.
- You can add other vegetables like bell peppers or carrots.
