- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium heat.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Rub the mixture on both sides of the chicken breasts.
- Place the chicken on the grill and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side.
- Brush BBQ sauce on the chicken during the last 2 minutes of cooking.
- Check for doneness; the internal temperature should be 165°F.
- Remove from grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
