Description
A simple and delicious banana pudding made with Chessman cookies.
Ingredients

- 4 ripe bananas
- 1 box of Chessman cookies (about 10 oz)
- 2 cups of milk
- 1 package of instant vanilla pudding mix (3.4 oz)
- 1 cup of whipped cream
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix milk and pudding mix. Stir until smooth and thick.
- Fold in whipped cream gently until combined.
- Slice bananas into thin rounds.
- In a serving dish, layer cookies, banana slices, and pudding mixture. Start with cookies on the bottom.
- Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with pudding on top.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
Notes
- Use ripe bananas for better flavor.
- If pudding is too thick, add a little more milk.
- Keep leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days.
