- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup banana pudding mix
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease and flour a bundt pan.
- In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in the mashed bananas and vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture, alternating with the buttermilk.
- Mix in the banana pudding mix until fully incorporated.
- Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
- Make sure your butter is at room temperature for easier mixing.
- Overmixing can make the cake dense, so mix just until combined.
