  • 1 box vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mash the bananas and set aside.
  3. In another bowl, cream together the sugar and butter until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with buttermilk.
  7. Fold in the mashed bananas.
  8. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  10. While the cake cools, prepare the pudding by mixing the pudding mix with milk according to package instructions.
  11. Once the cake is cooled, spread the pudding over the top.
  12. Add sliced bananas and top with whipped cream.
