- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 box vanilla cake mix
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3 eggs
- 1 box instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups whipped cream
- 1/2 cup crushed vanilla wafers
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the cake mix, milk, vegetable oil, and eggs until smooth.
- Add the mashed bananas and mix well.
- Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool completely.
- In another bowl, prepare the pudding mix according to package instructions.
- Once the cake is cool, spread the pudding over the top.
- Add a layer of whipped cream on top of the pudding.
- Sprinkle crushed vanilla wafers over the whipped cream.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- Make sure your bananas are ripe for better flavor.
- Do not overmix the cake batter.
