- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix mashed bananas, milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla.
- In another bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Spoon the batter into a greased donut pan.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Let the donuts cool for a few minutes before removing from the pan.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the donuts and sprinkle with sea salt.
- Serve and enjoy your banana donuts!
