Ingredients

  • 1 pound ziti pasta
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the ziti pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Season with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Mix the cooked ziti with the marinara sauce and half of the mozzarella cheese.
  5. Add the browned meatballs to the pasta mixture and stir well.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Let it cool slightly before serving.
