Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss until they are well coated.
- Spread the shrimp in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes or until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
