A simple recipe for baked ham and cheese croissants that you can easily make at home.

- 4 croissants
- 4 slices of ham
- 4 slices of cheese
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- 1 tablespoon of melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice each croissant in half.
- Place a slice of ham and a slice of cheese inside each croissant.
- Close the croissants and place them on a baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, beat the egg and brush it over the tops of the croissants.
- Brush melted butter on top for extra flavor.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use any type of cheese you like, such as Swiss or cheddar.
- You can add mustard or mayonnaise for extra flavor.
- Try using leftover holiday ham for a quick meal.
