  • 4 slices of cheese
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice each croissant in half.
  3. Place a slice of ham and a slice of cheese inside each croissant.
  4. Close the croissants and place them on a baking sheet.
  5. In a small bowl, beat the egg and brush it over the tops of the croissants.
  6. Brush melted butter on top for extra flavor.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
