- 1 round of brie cheese (about 8 oz)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or almonds)
- 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 baguette, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the brie on a baking dish or a parchment-lined tray.
- Drizzle honey over the top of the brie.
- Sprinkle the chopped nuts and rosemary on top of the honey.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the brie is soft and gooey.
- While the brie is baking, slice the baguette.
- Remove the brie from the oven and let it cool for a minute.
- Serve warm with baguette slices for dipping.

- Be careful not to overbake the brie, as it can become too runny.
- Feel free to experiment with different toppings like dried fruits or spices.
