A simple and delicious no bake cheesecake flavored with Baileys.

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup Baileys Irish Cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the powdered sugar and mix until combined.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Add the Baileys and vanilla extract, folding until fully incorporated.
- Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust and smooth the top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Slice and serve chilled.
Notes
- Make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature for easy mixing.
- Do not overmix the whipped cream to keep it fluffy.
- You can garnish with chocolate shavings or whipped cream if desired.
