Ingredients

Instructions
- In a large pot, combine vegetable broth and water.
- Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat.
- Add carrots, bell peppers, broccoli, and mushrooms.
- Stir in garlic, soy sauce, and ginger.
- Reduce heat and let it simmer for 15-20 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
