- 1 pound beef sirloin, sliced thinly
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, cornstarch, and black pepper. Add the beef and coat well.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add garlic, onion, and bell pepper. Stir-fry for about 3 minutes.
- Add the beef back to the pan along with beef broth and sesame oil. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles.
