A tasty and easy recipe for Applebee’s chicken wonton tacos.

- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup sweet and sour sauce
- 12 wonton wrappers
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, cheese, green onions, and sweet and sour sauce.
- Take a wonton wrapper and place a spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center.
- Fold the sides of the wrapper over the filling, then press to seal.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the wonton tacos for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove from oil and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
- Serve warm with extra sauce for dipping.
Notes
- Ensure the oil is hot enough before frying.
- Do not overcrowd the pan to avoid steaming the tacos.
- Experiment with different fillings if desired.
