A refreshing apple cider float mocktail that’s easy to make and perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients

- 2 cups apple cider
- 1 cup vanilla ice cream
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- Whipped cream (for topping)
- Caramel sauce (optional)
Instructions
- Chill the apple cider in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- In a glass, pour 1 cup of chilled apple cider.
- Add 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon and 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg. Stir well.
- Carefully add a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top of the cider.
- Top with whipped cream if desired.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the whipped cream for extra flavor (optional).
- Serve immediately and enjoy your drink!
