- 2 English muffins
- 4 slices of bacon
- 1 apple, thinly sliced
- 1 cup of shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 2 tablespoons of butter
Instructions
- Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- In the same skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter. Toast the English muffins cut side down until golden brown.
- Layer apple slices on each muffin half.
- Crumble the cooked bacon on top of the apples.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the bacon and apples.
- Return the muffins to the skillet, cover, and cook until the cheese melts.
- Remove from the skillet and spread remaining butter on the toasted sides.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
