- 2 cups cauliflower florets
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup raisins
Instructions
- Start by washing the broccoli and cauliflower. Cut them into small florets.
- In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, cauliflower, shredded carrots, and red onion.
- In a separate bowl, mix the mayonnaise, sugar, and apple cider vinegar until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the vegetable mixture and stir well to combine.
- Add the sunflower seeds and raisins. Mix gently.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to blend.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
