A simple and delicious recipe for air fryer chicken tikka that is perfect for beginners.
Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 1 cup yogurt
- 2 tablespoons tikka masala spice
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, tikka masala, lemon juice, garlic, ginger, oil, and salt.
- Add chicken cubes to the mixture and stir to coat well.
- Cover the bowl and marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place marinated chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check that chicken is cooked through and no longer pink.
- Serve hot with your choice of naan or rice.
Notes
- For best flavor, marinate the chicken overnight.
- Use a meat thermometer to ensure chicken reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Adjust spice level by adding more or less tikka masala.
