Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons tikka masala spice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, tikka masala, lemon juice, garlic, ginger, oil, and salt.
  2. Add chicken cubes to the mixture and stir to coat well.
  3. Cover the bowl and marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  5. Place marinated chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  7. Check that chicken is cooked through and no longer pink.
  8. Serve hot with your choice of naan or rice.
